This is honestly disgusting from instagram how they don't respond to emails, I've contacted them and showed many proof as that's my account with DMS to comments and my OWN account profile where it literally says 'edit profile' yet they haven't responded. I've tried using my backup codes i have saved 2 years ago but they don't work and I've only used it once, so the other three codes should work. No I've lost access to my social media accounts since they are using 2FA. Instruction will vary depending on your choice of 2-Step Verification.

I tried contacting Samsung to help with the problem but the closest Samsung phone store said that the only option I had was to factory reset it too, so I just did it at home.
